Congratulations to Dr. Benjamin Mosher, MD. who recently passed the Surgical Critical Care Board examination. Dr. Mosher will continue to serve the Department of Surgery and Sparrow Hospital's Level I Trauma Center as our third board certified critical care surgeon. Dr. Mosher is pictured above wearing the MSU colors. New Research Activity! Several members of the Department of Surgery have had abstracts accepted at the 5th Annual Academic Surgical Congress, in San Antonio. A manuscript by Dr. Opreanu and Dr. Kepros entitled "Anatomic Variations of the First Extensor Compartment and Abductor Pollicis Longus Tendon in Trapeziometacarpal Arthritis" has been accepted to Hand
